Thank you for your order, please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship. If we do not have enough stock or are having delays on any of the products ordered we will contact you by phone or email. Shipping charges are basic rates, orders leaving the United States are subject to an additional charge. If additional export charges are needed, we will reach out by phone or email. We will not process or ship any order until additional charges are paid. Please notify Smith's Technical Services right away if any damage should occur during transit so we can reach out to carrier. We will also need at least 4-5 pictures of the damage, upon waiting for response from carrier please keep all packaging until case is resolved.
